Surah Al-Fīl   In The Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful   Have you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) not seen how your Lord dealt with the Owners of the Elephant? [The elephant army which came from Yemen under the command of Abrahah Al-Ashram intending to destroy the Ka'bah at Makkah]. ( Quran Surah Al-Fīl 105:1 )   Did He not make their plot go astray? ( Quran 105:2 )   And sent against them birds, in flocks, ( Quran 105:3 )   Striking them with stones of Sijjil. ( Quran 105:4 )   And made them like an empty field of stalks (of which the corn has been eaten up by cattle). ( Quran 105:5 )

Surah Al-Qāriʻah   In The Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful   Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), ( Quran Surah Al-Qāriʻah 101:1 )   What is the striking (Hour)? ( Quran 101:2 )   And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? ( Quran 101:3 )   It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, ( Quran 101:4 )   And the mountains will be like carded wool, ( Quran 101:5 )   Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, ( Quran 101:6 )   He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). ( Quran 101:7 )   But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, ( Quran 101:8 )   He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). ( Quran 101:9 )   And what will make you know what it is? ( Quran 101:10 )   (It is) a hot blazing Fire! ( Quran 101:11 )

  Surah Al-Balad   In The Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful   I swear by this city (Makkah); ( Quran Surah Al-Balad 90:1 )   And you are free (from sin, to punish the enemies of Islam on the Day of the conquest) in this city (Makkah). ( Quran Surah Al-Balad 90:2 )   And by the begetter (i.e. Adam ) and that which he begot (i.e. his progeny); ( Quran Surah Al-Balad 90:3 )   Verily, We have created man in toil. ( Quran Surah Al-Balad 90:4 )   Thinks he that none can overcome him? ( Quran 90:5 )   He says (boastfully): "I have wasted wealth in abundance!" ( Quran 90:6 )   Thinks he that none sees him? ( Quran 90:7 )   Have We not made for him a pair of eyes? ( Quran 90:8 )   And a tongue and a pair of lips? ( Quran 90:9 )   And shown him the two ways (good and evil)? ( Quran 90:10 )   But he has made no effort to pass on the path that is steep. ( Quran 90:11 ) ...

  Surah An-Nāziʻāt   In The Name Of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful   By those (angels) who pull out (the souls of the disbelievers and the wicked) with great violence; ( Quran Surah An-Nāziʻāt 79:1 )   By those (angels) who gently take out (the souls of the believers); ( Quran Surah An-Nāziʻāt 79:2 )   And by those that swim along (i.e. angels or planets in their orbits, etc.). ( Quran Surah An-Nāziʻāt 79:3 )   And by those that press forward as in a race (i.e. the angels or stars or the horses, etc.). ( Quran Surah An-Nāziʻāt 79:4 )   And by those angels who arrange to do the Commands of their Lord, (so verily, you disbelievers will be called to account). ( Quran Surah An-Nāziʻāt 79:5 )   On the Day (when the first blowing of the Trumpet is blown), the earth and the mountains will shake violently (and everybody will die), ( Quran Surah An-Nāziʻāt 79:6 )   The second blowing of the Trumpet follows ...

Surah Al-Mursalāt   In The Name Of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful   By the winds (or angels or the Messengers of Allah) sent forth one after another. ( Quran Surah Al-Mursalāt 77:1 )   And by the winds that blow violently, ( Quran Surah Al-Mursalāt 77:2 )   And by the winds that scatter clouds and rain; ( Quran Surah Al-Mursalāt 77:3 )   And by the Verses (of the Quran) that separate the right from the wrong. ( Quran Surah Al-Mursalāt 77:4 )   And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers, ( Quran Surah Al-Mursalāt 77:5 )   To cut off all excuses or to warn; ( Quran Surah Al-Mursalāt 77:6 )   Surely, what you are promised must come to pass. ( Quran 77:7 )   Then when the stars lose their lights; ( Quran 77:8 )   And when the heaven is cleft asunder; ( Quran 77:9 )   And when the mountains are blown away; ( Quran 77:10 )   And when the Messengers are g...
