  Surah An-Najm In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate By the stars when they fade away! ( Quran Surah An-Najm 53:1 )   Your fellow man is neither misguided nor astray. ( Quran Surah An-Najm 53:2 )   Nor does he speak of his own whims. ( Quran Surah An-Najm 53:3 )   It is only a revelation sent down ˹to him˺. ( Quran Surah An-Najm 53:4 )   He has been taught by one ˹angel˺ of mighty power ( Quran 53:5 )   and great perfection, who once rose to ˹his˺ true form ( Quran 53:6 )   while on the highest point above the horizon, ( Quran 53:7 )   then he approached ˹the Prophet˺, coming so close ( Quran 53:8 )   that he was only two arms-lengths away or even less.
