Explaining Sahih Muslim Book 3 - Hadith 48-61   Chapter 10: The amount of water with which it is recommended to perform ghusl in the case of janabah; a man and woman washing from a single vessel; one of them washing with the left-over water of the other .   'A'isha reported:   The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) washed himself with water from a vessel (measuring seven to eight seers) because of sexual intercourse. Explaining Sahih Muslim Book 3 - Hadith 21 - 3 0     Chapter 6: It is permissible for one who is junub to sleep, but it is recommended for him to perform wudu ’, and wash his private parts if he wants to eat, drink, sleep, or have intercourse.     ' A'isha reported:     Whenever the Messenger of Allah ( ﷺ ) intended to sleep after having sexual intercourse, he performed ablution as for the prayer before going to sleep.
