begetter (i.e. Adam ) and that which he begot (i.e. his progeny); (Quran

created man in toil. (Quran

He says
(boastfully): "I have wasted wealth in abundance!" (Quran
90:6)
Thinks he that
none sees him? (Quran
90:7)
Have We not made
for him a pair of eyes? (Quran
90:8)
And a tongue and
a pair of lips? (Quran
90:9)
And shown him the
two ways (good and evil)? (Quran
90:10)
But he has made
no effort to pass on the path that is steep. (Quran

And what will
make you know the path that is steep? (Quran
90:12)
(It is) Freeing a
neck (slave, etc.) (Quran
90:13)
Or giving food in
a day of hunger (famine), (Quran

Or to a Miskin
(poor) afflicted with misery. (Quran
