Surah Al-ʻAṣr   In The Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful   By Al-'Asr (the time). ( Quran Surah Al-ʻAṣr 103:1 )   Verily! Man is in loss, ( Quran 103:2 )   Except those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (i.e. order one another to perform all kinds of good deeds (Al-Ma'ruf) which Allah has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar) which Allah has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience (for the sufferings, harms, and injuries which one may encounter in Allah's Cause during preaching His religion of Islamic Monotheism or Jihad, etc.). ( Quran 103:3 )  

  Surah Ash-Shams   In The Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful   And by the sun and its brightness; ( Quran Surah Ash-Shams 91:1 )   And by the moon as it follows it (the sun); ( Quran Surah Ash-Shams 91:2 )   And by the day as it shows up (the sun's) brightness; ( Quran Surah Ash-Shams 91:3 )   And by the night as it conceals it (the sun); ( Quran Surah Ash-Shams 91:4 )   And by the heaven and Him Who built it; ( Quran 91:5 )   And by the earth and Him Who spread it, ( Quran 91:6 )   And by Nafs (Adam or a person or a soul, etc.), and Him Who perfected him in proportion; ( Quran 91:7 )   Then He showed him what is wrong for him and what is right for him; ( Quran 91:8 )   Indeed he succeeds who purifies his ownself (i.e. obeys and performs all that Allah ordered, by following the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism and by doing righteous good deeds).   Surah Al-Balad   In The Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful   I swear by this city (Makkah); ( Quran Surah Al-Balad 90:1 )   And you are free (from sin, to punish the enemies of Islam on the Day of the conquest) in this city (Makkah). ( Quran Surah Al-Balad 90:2 )   And by the begetter (i.e. Adam ) and that which he begot (i.e. his progeny); ( Quran Surah Al-Balad 90:3 )   Verily, We have created man in toil. Surah Al-Ghāshiyah   In The Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful   Has there come to you the narration of the overwhelming (i.e. the Day of Resurrection); ( Quran Surah Al-Ghāshiyah 88:1 )   Some faces, that Day, will be humiliated (in the Hell-fire, i.e. the faces of all disbelievers, Jews and Christians, etc.). ( Quran Surah Al-Ghāshiyah 88:2 )   Labouring (hard in the worldly life by worshipping others besides Allah), weary (in the Hereafter with humility and disgrace).
