Sahih Muslim Book 1 - Hadith 285-293   Chapter 68: Being kind to one for whose faith there is concern because it is weak; Prohibition of attributing Faith to someone without definitive evidence .   Sa'd narrated it on the authority of his father (Abi Waqqas) that he observed:   The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) distributed shares (of booty among his Companions). Sahih Muslim Book 1 - Hadith 260-266   Chapter 61: Warning of the Fire for the one who swears a false oath in order to unlawfully take the right of another Muslim .   It is narrated on the authority of Abu Umama that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed:   He who appropriated the right of a Muslim by (swearing a false) oath, Allah would make Hell-fire necessary for him and would declare Paradise forbidden for him.
